The Anacostia Gateway building is one of the initial landmark projects in the revival of the Anacostia area.
This project includes the construction of an approximately 120,000 square foot office building, which includes 50,000 square feet of underground parking garage and mixed use of commercial and retail. The project has extensive sheeting, shoring, and streetscape.
