The Woodglen Park I project
involved the construction of a 4 story 89,000 square foot office building
including 1 floor for underground parking.
The building will primarily house high-end lab tenants. Project features
include a green roof, customized precast, and a high-end mechanical / electrical
system to accommodate laboratory tenants. Project challenges included a
restricted staging area, the demolition of the existing building, which
included unforeseen caissons and fuel tanks, poor soil conditions, and
the relocation of the existing water lines.
