Superintendent

The Superintendent is directly responsible for setup and management of the daily activities of an assigned project resulting in an on-time, profitable completion that is of award winning caliber. The Superintendent also has the primary responsibility for safety on the project. Success is defined as including zero safety incidents, client referrals resulting in repeat business opportunities, projects completed on schedule with a project gross margin which meets or exceeds target, and project quality that is worthy of an award nomination.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a related area.
• 5 years progressively responsible construction management experience at the Assistant Superintendent or above level including, at least, ongoing management of projects $2 to $10 million range.
