Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is directly responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships and developing team members within operations resulting in on- time, profitable projects that are of award winning caliber. Success is defined as including a steady stream of business opportunities, high (90% or more) employee retention, all projects completed on schedule, annual group gross profit which meets or exceeds annual target, and a majority of completed projects that are potential industry award winners.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters Degree in Engineering or related field. 
• 10 years experience in progressively responsible construction management at the Project Manager or above level including, at least, ongoing management of multiple project teams and responsibility for consistent, sustained, profitable annual volume in the $10 to $20 million range.
