Project Manager

The Project Manager is directly responsible for the day-to-day management of high profile, complicated construction projects in our Operations Group.  Key responsibilities will include managing client, subcontractor and team member relationships, and general project administration resulting in on-time, profitable projects that are of award winning caliber.  The Project Manager will also work closely with other Forrester Groups to support preconstruction activities.  Typical projects range from $10-50M and are typically located in DC, MD and VA.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years experience of stable, progressively responsible general contracting experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience on public sector construction projects, $10M or above
• A proven track record of excellent client and subcontractor relationships
• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Prolog and Suretrak
• Knowledge of Federal and State Acquisition Regulations
• Experience with Design Build projects is a plus
