Administrative Assistant (Project Coordinator)

The Project Coordinator will be afforded the opportunity to be a part of an organization that is well noted for taking on complex, intricate and award-winning projects. This highly visible position is part of a Team known for delivering high value added services and solutions and has the opportunity to impact the direction and growth of our company. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the overall support of one or more Project Executives, prepare, process and facilitate correspondences, assist in compiling Bid Packages for potential projects, and monitoring certified payroll for projects. The Administrative Assistant will also work closely with the Project Team placing calls as required for Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.

Requirements include:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree required along with 2-4 years related experience in a similar position
  • Experience in construction or real estate industry is a preferred
  • A strong desire to win is preferred!
