BIM Manager

The BIM Manager is primarily responsible for managing Forrester's BIM Implementation Plan in its entirety.  Responsibilities will include the total management of all BIM related Programs, Clash Analysis, 4-D Scheduling, as well as active participation in Estimating, Pre-Construction and Marketing initiatives.  The highly visible BIM Manager reports directly to Vice President of Preconstruction & Design Build Services.

Requirements for this exciting position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction, Architecture, or related field
• 3 years of construction related experience, including 1-3 years of hands-on experience with BIM
• Computer proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and other BIM software
• Demonstrates leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges, solve problems, and motivate others, while maintaining effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations
• Basic understanding of the organization of documents and standard drafting procedures
• Proficeincy with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Exceptional Organizational Skills
• Strong Presentation skills, both one-on-one and in a group setting
• Management skills required to organize a diverse team and direct them, through consensus, towards Project Success
