The IS Support Analyst is responsible for resolving hardware and software problems associated with laptop PC's and peripherals. Functions include but are not limited to: setup of workstations, elimination of equipment problems, implementing, maintaining, protecting, expanding and upgrading Forrester computer network communication equipment. Identify, triage and resolve technical problems for end-users and when required, redirect issues to other appropriate IS Team Members for resolution. Provide general user training and/or support on any installed applications as required. This position may be dedicated to multiple sites.
