Forrester Wins Two Northern Virginia NAIOP Awards

January 14, 2009 - Kimpton Hotel Monaco Alexandria and ATA Headquarters were honored at the 22nd Annual Best of Northern Virginia NAIOP Awards held Thursday evening, November 20, 2008 at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner. Over six hundred people were in attendance as thirty-three awards were presented in the following categories: Transactions, Interiors, Buildings, and Membership. The Awards Ceremony was an opportunity to celebrate significant new contributions to Northern Virginia by the commercial and industrial real estate community.
Northern Virginia NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) is a regional trade association for commercial and industrial real estate developers, owners, and investors and service providers for the industry. Chartered in 1980, Northern Virginia NAIOP has approximately 860 members throughout the region.
