Forrester Construction INTERIORS GROUP has been awarded Clear Channel Radio, DC

Rockville, MD - January 18, 2007 - Forrester Interiors Group has been awarded the Clear Channel Radio DC project, located at 1801 Rockville Pike in Rockville, MD. This project will involve a 25,000 SF demolition and tenant fit out of office space on the fifth floor.

As a result of the teamwork between Forrester and the entire Project Team, Forrester will also be performing the second phase of construction, which will involve the addition of four new radio station studios on the sixth floor of the same building.

Clear Channel Communications, Inc. is a global media and entertainment company specializing in "gone from home" entertainment and information services for local communities, such as radio, television, and outdoor displays.

The owner is Clear Channel Radio and the architect is The Lawrence Group of St. Louis, Missouri. Construction began in late November and is scheduled to finish by the end of February 2008.
