Forrester Construction has been awarded BioReliance in Rockville, MD
Rockville, MD - April 30, 2008 - Forrester
Construction has been awarded BioReliance located in Rockville, Maryland.
BioReliance is moving part of it’s operation from Frederick, Maryland to
their existing space in Rockville, which is currently a cafeteria and break
room. The project will involve
gutting and retrofitting this 3,500
SF space with heavy mechanical and clean rooms, as well as structural
modifications.
The result will be a new cell banking laboratory.
The schedule will be tight and the project will require special coordination for
the owner–provided mechanical, ceiling,
and wall systems.
BioReliance is the largest provider of outsourcing services focused on the
rapidly growing biologics sector of the pharmaceutical industry.
The
Construction Manager is Scheer Partners and the Architect is DNC
Architects, Inc. of
Rockville, Maryland
