$25 Million Loudoun Country Day School

Leesburg, Virginia - May 7, 2008 - Forrester Construction Company’s Education Group has been awarded the $25 Million Loudoun Country Day School located in Leesburg, Virginia.

Loudoun Country Day School is an accredited, independent, coeducational school, which educates students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Loudoun Country Day School’s new 69-acre campus will be located off of Evergreen Mills Road in Leesburg, Virginia.

This project includes a new 70,000 SF academic classroom building, 10,000 SF gymnasium, and athletic fields. The academic classroom building will house the lower school (grades
pre-kindergarten-5), middle school (grades 6-8), common area, and administrative offices.

The architect is CSD of Baltimore, Maryland. Construction started in April 2008 and will last approximately 15 months.
