Forrester Construction INTERIORS GROUP has been awarded Clear Channel Radio, DC Phase II

Forrester Construction
Interiors Group has been awarded Clear Channel Radio, DC Phase II in Rockville,
Maryland. This
project will involve a
25,000 SF full floor tenant build-out to include two new
radio station studios, glass atrium enclosure, and conference rooms. The space will be partially occupied during
construction. Forrester also handled Phase 1 of this project, which
involved a 25,000 SF demolition and tenant
fit out of
office space on the fifth floor of the same building.
The owner is Capstar Radio Operating Company of Tulsa, Oklahoma and the architect is The Lawrence Group of St. Louis, Missouri. Construction began on May 7th and is scheduled to finish at the end of July 2008.
