The new facility will include a large atrium/reception area, lounge area with wi-fi, health bar, full service salon, spa treatment rooms, two saunas, steam room, tanning rooms, aerobic and spinning studio, and administrative office space.
High-end finishes include glass and mosaic tile, pebbled river rock in the locker room showers, exposed ceilings, skylights, and Brazilian cherry and mahogany millwork. In addition, two adjacent endless pools will be installed on the bottom floor.
The architect is Stoneking/ von Storch of Charlottesville, VA. Construction began on May 1, 2008 and is scheduled to finish in October, 2008.
