Description:
Renovation of all four stories in a historic building to accommodate a new retail operation at this landmark site in the heart of Georgetown. The project involved extensive demolition within the structure, structural shoring, new structural steel for each floor and the roof, a four-stop elevator, a grand glass staircase, exterior masonry and window restoration, installation of a new roof, and facade restoration.
