Historic renovation and corporate headquarters build-out for the Public Welfare Foundation. The project included a complete renovation to the two-level, 200-seat auditorium, new high-end finishes, new mechanical/electrical and life safety systems, state-of-the-art audio-visual system, new roof, exterior restoration, and a new vintage-era portico. The True Reformer Building was the first building in the city to be built, financed, and owned by African Americans
