Interior build-out of a five-story building, which includes a conference center, fitness center, server room, and standard office configurations. Some of the facility’s sustainable design features include a design that maximizes the amount of daylight into the building to reduce the need for lighting; paints, carpets, and bamboo woods with low-emitting finishes; and a white-colored roof that will reduce cooling costs by more than 50%.
