Interior tenant build-out in a new building. The new space includes private offices, four conference rooms, a server room, a lounge, and executive shower rooms. Some of the high end finishes include custom lacquer and metal reception desks with leather-wrapped wall panels behind them, marble floors, and wood panels with integral wood doors and frames.
