Description:
This project involved an exterior façade renovation, as well as interior renovations. The interior work included a new marketing center for potential new tenants, management office, fitness center, and restrooms. A unique construction function was utilized for this project, which included a motorized platform lift that was mounted to a tower in order to achieve the renovations with little impact to tenants.
