Renovation of a historic theatre, which involved expanding the theatre to access three additional structures - the 517 Building, the Back L (or North Annex), and the Star Saloon.
Work included exterior and interior demolition, upgrade of building systems, structural elements, historic preservation work, theatre amenities improvements, finishes, and roofing.
