Description:
Addition of office space on four floors of an eight-floor building and a curtain wall system to enclose the new area. The project also included a new lobby outfitted with bamboo panels, seaweed accent glass, terrazzo flooring, and new electrical and mechanical systems; refurbished interiors to the elevators; upgrades on all four floors; and a complex partial façade demolition.
