Description:
This project involved exterior facade, interior lobby renovations, and upgraded MEP systems. The exterior skin of the building was revitalized and major upgrades were provided to the interior lobby and core areas on six different floors. The project also included a complete mechanical refurbishment, while maintaining all temperature controls of the facility, so as not to compromise the comfort of the building's current tenants.
