Description:
Reconstruction of M Street between 7th and 10th Street. The work included demolition of existing street lights, paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter, landscaping, and new site furnishings.
Forrester was successful in minimizing the impact on traffic by coming up with a good plan, including local lane closures. This made the reconstruction almost invisible to those in the area.
