Description:
Design Build Renovation of a historic building at the Washington Navy Yard. Building One is the Navy’s oldest active office building and is on the list of Nationally Recognized historical Landmarks.
The renovation involved the complete demolition of the existing interior; build-out of open office space, private offices, and a conference room; interior finishes; new mechanical and electrical systems; new furniture and audio-visual system in the conference room; anti-blast compliance; and upgrade of the ADA and fire code compliance.
