Description:
This design-build project involved the construction of a 500+ space, multi-level, cast-in-place concrete parking structure. The design included structural features that would accommodate a future expansion to double the parking capacity. The project included extensive site improvements, storm water management system, new vehicular access, landscaping, hardscaping, resurfacing of an existing surface parking lot, and pedestrian walkways.
