Description:

This renovation enhanced the building into a 21st Century Library facility while respecting and acknowledging the 1911 Carnegie-funded building. The project involved the preservation and restoration of original interior finishes, as well as exterior restoration. Interior elements included the installation of new and improved lighting that fit the style of the building, new vestibule, window restoration, theft detection gates, furniture and floor coverings, elevator improvements, and electrical and fire alarm upgrades.
