Renovation for a new four-level fitness center and spa, which includes a reception area, lounge area with wi-fi, health bar, full service salon, spa treatment rooms, aerobic and spinning studio, sauna, steamroom, japanese soaking tubs, tanning rooms, and administrative office space. High-end finishes include glass and mosaic tile, pebbled river rock in the locker room showers, exposed ceilings, and Brazilian cherry and mahogany millwork.
