Housing Opportunities Commission Shared Facilities Building, Rockville, MD

May 14, 2008 – Forrester Construction has been awarded the Housing Opportunities Commission Shared Facilities Building in Rockville, Maryland. This project will involve the construction of a new wood frame building to house the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless Safehaven Program and the Community Ministries of Rockville Chase Partnership Program.

The Housing Opportunites Commission of Montgomery County provides affordable housing and supportive services for low and moderate-income families and individuals throughout the county. The Owner’s Representative is Housing Opportunities & Concepts of Kensington, MD and the Architect is JSA Architects of Washington, DC. Construction will begin this month and finish in October of 2008.
