Spring 2023 Forrester Construction Update

SPRING INTO THE SEASON WITH FORRESTER CONSTRUCTION

Forrester Construction is excited to SPRING into the season with new team members, exciting project milestones, and more.

We are excited to introduce our new Vice President of Operations, Randy Sibold! Randy brings to the Forrester Construction Senior Leadership Team over 35 years of experience in the industry, enthusiasm, and a wealth of construction knowledge. Click here to learn more about our new VP of Ops, Randy!

In addition to growing our senior leadership, we continue to develop our team members and younger professionals. Forrester’s Project Engineer Program facilitates monthly site tours, called Field Fridays, that provide opportunities for our entry-level professionals to expand their technical construction knowledge. Our Project Engineers recently learned about wall framing and sheathing and are learning about window installation this month.

Our team will blossom in May when we welcome our 2023 summer interns. These students from the University of Maryland, Virginia Tech, Catholic University, and several other universities will gain real-world experience on Forrester sites in many markets and project types. Hear what our interns last summer had to say about their experience!

We are excited to celebrate milestones for several projects throughout the DMV. Our Mount Vernon Rec Center project has broken ground, we celebrated the topping out of our St. John Neumann project, and our STSA Coptic Church and UMMS Laurel Medical Center projects are reaching substantial completion soon. While we celebrate the beginning of so much this spring, we are also excited to recognize several recently completed projects, including Harborside ASC and Anderson Clinic.

These projects require the hard work of our subcontractor partners, who perform high-quality work while keeping safety top of mind every day. Forrester recognizes subcontractor partners going above and beyond regarding safety on-site with Safety Coins. Check out our latest winners, Ivania and Jacob!

We are so grateful to our team members for their continued dedication to building exceptional projects and to our building partners for enabling us to help transform the DMV. We couldn’t KEEP BUILDING without you!
