Forrester performed a partial renovation of the Resources and Conservation Center. The renovation encompasses the entry portico, the lobbies and corridors, conference center, elevator cabs, and the parking level elevator lobbies and entryways.

The new entrance vestibule features a four-sided glass box with glass roof on all spider connectors supported by a steel tube frame. The entry lobby includes a decoustics ceiling with recessed linear LED lighting, porcelain tile base and large format porcelain tile flooring, back painted glass walls, and a painted feature wall. The elevator lobby displays a granite slab desk, wood veneer walls, painted feature wall, and a decoustics ceiling grid with recessed square cans. The reception area features fluted glass, granite, marble, wood veneer, porcelain tile.

Mechanical and electrical systems were also upgraded.
