Euro Motorcars Mercedes-Benz

This project included the phased demolition and renovation of the main showroom/retail facility totaling 26,000 SF, and a renovation of the bottom floor of the service garage including a new mechanical system and finishes in the garage encompassing approximately 37,000 SF. The main facility remained one story, with the staff occupying the first phase while the second phase was constructed. Upon completion of Phase 2, the staff and operation moved in, and Forrester began construction of Phase 3. The main showroom has a structural steel frame and was clad in curtain wall and composite aluminum panels. In addition, a green roof, upgraded interior finishes, and a partial improvement of the site and parking lot were completed. HVAC is provided through a rooftop unit / VAV system. The service garage renovation was completed in two phases. As one side of the garage was completed it was occupied by the dealership’s service/repair operations staff while the other side was vacated and completed. The showroom space includes modern back-painted glass and advanced “audio/visual walls”, which required careful coordination.
