Radar Electronics & Microbiology Labs at the Naval Research Laboratory

This Forrester Construction project required a complete gut and renovation of the Radar Electronics & Microbiology Labs at the Naval Research Laboratory. A five-floor building and involved the construction of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF); installation of extensive new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; new office space; conference rooms with advanced audio-visual systems; and the retrofit of a new elevator. Medical gas systems, biosafety cabinets, autoclaves, and specialty fume hoods are featured throughout the labs.
