Forrester is committed to the goal of creating business opportunities for Certified Business Enterprises (CBE) firms, as well as creating employment opportunities for District of Columbia residents. In our view, ensuring maximum "CBE" participation and local hiring is part of a broader commitment to build the capacity of businesses and individuals in the District of Columbia.

Through training and technical assistance, apprenticeship and mentoring programs, and Business Opportunity Fairs, Forrester works closely with the Department of Small and Local Business Development and the Department of Employment Services.  

Forrester is dedicated to ensuring that these projects lay a solid foundation for community and business success long after the construction work is over.
