True Reformer Building - Public Welfare Foundation

Description:

Historic renovation and corporate headquarters build-out for the Public Welfare Foundation. The top two floors house the foundation’s offices and the first floor includes a lobby, boardroom, and community meeting space. The project also included a complete renovation to the two-level, 200-seat auditorium. The True Reformer Building was the first building in the city to be built, financed, and owned by African Americans.
