Description:
This structure is a post-tensioned concrete building with cast-in-place, long-span beam and slab construction. With a strong façade statement, the completely open interior that is a feature of cast-in-place systems was very important to preserve a feeling of security and comfort. The minimized structural requirements on the exterior grids allow for complete architectural flexibility of the facade design. Revisions in façade design were easily accommodated well into the construction process.
