Description:
This project included a 150,000 SF three-level concrete structure with nearly 50 service bays and was prepped for the addition/expansion of 40-50 more future service bays. The new service center also includes rooftop parking, a parts counter, and a customer friendly environment, which has a large customer waiting area, adjacent customer business area, and a separate customer TV lounge.
