This Forrester Construction project involved an exterior façade renovation, as well as interior improvements to a significant downtown office building located at 901 15th Street. The interior work included a new marketing center for potential new tenants, management office, fitness center, and restrooms.

Forrester used a unique construction method on this project involving a motorized platform lift mounted toa tower to minimize the impact on tenants.
