American Trucking Association

For this project, Forrester Construction built-out 130,000 SF of space in a new base building to house American Trucking Association‘s headquarters office which includes a conference center, a main lobby reception area, a cafeteria, an executive floor and a roof terrace.  Founded in 1933, the American Trucking Association (ATA) is the largest trade association for the trucking industry representing 37,000 members nationwide.

Each office floor has veneer and lacquer wall panels, file niches with specialty lighting and accent paint and unique pantries designed to resemble high-end truck trailers. The building’s also features a two-story atrium with views of the second floor reception area from the third floor elevator lobby and conference room. All floors received high-end finishes including imported stone and glass tile as well as wenge wood veneer.
