Gunlocke Showroom

For this project, Forrester Construction built out an existing office space to serve as the Gunlocke Showroom in Washington DC.  Gunlocke is a manufacturer of upscale office furniture including casegoods, tables and executive and guest seating.

The new space features mock offices, a reception area, a kitchen and pantry area and a conference room. The conference room is a three-story atrium with one wall comprised of floor to ceiling windows and a large oval skylight. This project also required the installation of a number of high-end finishes including colored Ardex floors and custom millwork doors and wall coverings.
