Patsy’s, Randy’s, and Best Buns

Forrester was awarded the complete demolition of an existing building and construction of a new restaurant for Great American Restaurants. The demolition work included structural steel as well as the masonry facade and slab on grade. New structural footers, columns, beams, and joists were installed to support the new building’s design.

The new structure includes multiple restaurant venues including a bakery, main dining, side dining, and private dining. A centralized kitchen, three bars, and patio seating are also featured.

The building envelope included new windows, storefront, granite, brick and precast masonry work, a large skylight, a new roof, and various ornate embellishments to the facade.
