University of Maryland Health Center

For this project, Forrester Construction renovated and expanded the University of Maryland Health Center to improve the facility’s standard of care.  Located on the University of Maryland’s College Park campus, the University Health Center is a nationally accredited ambulatory health care provider.

Construction was performed in two phases. During the first phase, an addition was built that more than doubled the health center’s square footage. Renovation of the existing facility was completed in a second phase of work. The completed 50,000 SF health center features new patient waiting areas, a physical therapy unit and additional exam rooms.
